Monthly price represents the carrier's quoted monthly rate for your selected coverage, term, and health status. Rate class indicates which underwriting category the quote assumes; final class gets confirmed by the carrier post-underwriting. Exam signals whether a medical exam may be required; many expedited programs waive it for qualified candidates. A.M. Best reflects the insurer's capital and stability ranking.
