The quote tool
To provide quotes, the form gathers gender, birth date, self-assessed wellness status, tobacco usage, desired benefit amount and coverage span. This data transfers to the carriers' quoting system for rate calculation and remains unretained by this website. No personal identifiers—name, location, phone, email—are necessary for estimates. If you request the same information multiple times, a temporary cache may serve results without re-querying the carriers.
Applying
Should you move forward with an application, your prior responses populate the form managed by the carriers' secure application system, and you're then governed by their own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed broker (License 0B75129), coordinates all application handling.
The contact form
Our contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, communication preference, category, and message. Messages route directly to the agency by email; your email becomes the return address. This site maintains no submission records, no message database and no content logs. A brief safety measure activates in your browser prior to transmission.
Measurement
Site traffic is tracked via first-party, cookie-free analytics hosted on this domain itself. No cookies or local storage markers are deployed; the final part of your IP address is obscured before storage; the query string of pages that referred you is trimmed off; storage of raw access information expires after 90 days. Devices with Do Not Track enabled or using Global Privacy Control settings receive no tracking at all.
What we do not do
We retain no personal information for sale, do not employ ad tracking networks, and refrain from including third-party analytics packages. The only external software present is the insurers' application platform, which appears exclusively if you navigate to the application section.
